SPECIAL BULLETIN: Greenbriar residents and other friends participated in the "Take a Face-Mask" initiative. Your generous contributions have allowed us to support our wonderful servers at the Pool Bar who have had their hours greatly reduced, or eliminated. This has been a financial nightmare for them. But you came through, as always, with kindness, compassion and generosity. We were able to raise $2750. This will help with groceries, diapers, and other household expenses. I was told that one of the servers was in tears because she had nothing. Greenbriar is the best!!!!
Stay up to date with what is going on in our District 4.

Ever have a question about who is responsible for maintaining landscaping among adjacent villas? This can be particularly confusing for newer residents. Thanks to the VCDD and Jim Stickel for taking the mystery out of this question.

Greenbriar Villas is located within the village of Briar Meadow South in The Villages, FL.
This website is the link between The Greenbriar Villas Social Club and its members. Updated regularly, check here for news of past events, schedule of future events, news of neighbors, and more.
Thanks to the volunteer efforts of Marlene Cunningham, Greenbriar Villas residents will have the opportunity to participate in an Equipment Sharing Program. A special page on our website has been created for the purpose of listing equipment, services, etc. that will be available to us all. For example, if you need a 16' extension ladder to do some roof maintenance, there is one in the neighborhood available for loan. Have guests coming in and need a few extra pickleball paddles? You'll know exactly where to borrow them.
When you navigate to the "Equipment Sharing" page, you'll find that it is password protected. This was done because we have published names, addresses and phone numbers. So, just as our membership roster information is protected from public view, you can gain access to the page by using the same "username" and "password" that was provided for our membership roster. If you need to be reminded of these, send an email to Russ at firstname.lastname@example.org or give him a call.
You'll notice on the right side-bar the "Members Area". By clicking on "Register" you will be prompted through the steps for registration. It's quick and easy. As a Member, you'll enjoy additional benefits, such as being able to post your own photos or videos to share with your neighbors. Once you become a Member, you'll be asked to "Sign-In" when you return to this website.
